About
Bethany Waller Netherda is a naturopathic doctor who helps her patients maintain or regain foundational aspects of their health during times of increased stress and transition. As stress increases, our health habits often take a backseat. Dr. Bethany uses lifestyle and mind-body medicine techniques to promote restorative sleep, intuitive eating, and joyful movement.

Dr. Bethany learned the importance of connecting with nature, movement, and community during her undergraduate studies on the Western slope of Colorado. Her background in botanical and ecological research inspired her to pursue naturopathic medicine as a way to connect her passion for conservation with her passion for caring for people. She finds that often in healing ourselves, we heal our communities and environment.

Dr. Bethany loves seeing patients of all ages. In her free time she enjoys baking, exploring the outdoors, and dancing. She can be found reading poetry and sipping matcha lattes while snuggling with her dog, Brutus, and cat, Neko, on rainy Seattle afternoons.
